Can somebody please explain to me what this means? Katy Perry isn't exactly known to sing the most normal songs, but this is one I just don't get. At least we all know what I Kissed A Girl or Ur So Gay actually means. But srsly WTF does Waking Up In Vegas mean? Does she mean it literally? Is it figurative? I just don't get it :(

Did you know you can't get dirty here in Perth. Why? Cos they don't have dirt. I know that might sound weird (or not if you're worldy unlike mee) but they don't. Perthians don't grow their shit in soil. They grow it in sand. As cool as it is simply for the WTF factor, it's actually a pain because it means there is sand everywhere and I always get it in shoess. I guess that's what I get for waking up in Vegas.

It's so hot here! Like srsly up to 40 degrees some days. It's too hot to do anything! I just have to like sit in my room and chill because it's too hot to move or eat or think or sleep or anything. It's kind of like waking up in Vegas.

I had the new peeps orientation at my new school today. But instead of telling you about the school (cos how boring would that be?) Ima tell you about these amazing sluts that were there. They were the 2 most plastic people you could possibly imagine. One was blonde, and one was brunette, but they both looked like they had fake hair. They were sooooo much make-up that it was pertty much a mask. And my fave part was that they were trying to be all casual summery with singlets and these weird tight pants. But they had fancy sexy high heels on. They had the model walk and they did it in sync too. And to top it all off they were always giggling to each other and using their cellphones. I can't wait to meet these two ladies at school and be super fake BFFs with them :D One would think that they just woke up in Vegas.
